4.2 Withdrawal Conditions
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.

5.1 Welcome Bonus
7wine offers new members a 150% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳15,000. A 10x wagering requirement applies to this bonus.
Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus — your total balance will be ৳2,500. Wagering requirement calculation: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds become withdrawable.
5.2 Wagering Requirement Rules
- The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount.
- The deadline to meet the requirement is set from the date the bonus is granted.
- Wagers on certain games may count differently toward the requirement — details will be stated in the relevant promotion description.
- Requesting a withdrawal before the requirement is met may result in the bonus being cancelled.
5.3 Other Bonus Terms

- Bonuses are granted only to eligible account holders.
- Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

5.4 VIP Program
7wine's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier, and members can advance to higher tiers through regular play.
Gaming Rules
6.1 Game Restrictions

6.2 Technical Errors

11.2 Closure by the User
Any member may close their own account. In this case, the eligible balance in the account (excluding bonuses) remains withdrawable, but any bonus funds will be cancelled if the wagering requirement has not been met.
